Location and accommodation

Bernau Gästehaus will be your home for the weekend, a modern hostel featuring comfortable double and 5 beds rooms and fantastic views at the Panorama restaurant. Bernau is located in a high valley in the southern Black Forest.

Important registration information

You are not considered registered until your payment is received. Until that time you will be on the waiting list. Please note that the registration cost is based upon when you pay, not when you register.

How much?

Payment is in SWISS FRANCS.

Double rooms are fully booked, if you want to be on the waiting list for double room in case of cancellations please select the double room choice on the registration form but pay the regular room amount. The payment date will be used as the order for upgrading.

If you bring kids, please fill out the registration for each child older than 4 years.

What do I get?

Included in your registration:

3 trails in a fantastic location.
2 nights in the hostel (no rooms with more than 5 people in them). Bed linen will also be provided.
2 dinners (Friday and Saturday), from the hotel
2 breakfasts (Saturday and Sunday), from the hotel
2 lunches (Saturday and Sunday), on trail on Saturday.
Saturday night party with a live band
Beer, wine, cider, water and other non-alcoholic drinks at the venue and on trail

As with most hash weekends, the fee covers everything important from arrival on Friday to departure on Sunday. Your transportation to the venue in Bernau im Schwarzwald (Germany) is *not* included in the price.
