We have reserved a budget hotel with the majority of rooms being singles or doubles. There are a handful of rooms where a 3rd bed can be added and these are being saved for families.

You are not considered registered until your payment is received. Until that time you will be on the waiting list. Please note that the registration cost is based upon when you pay, not when you register.

Included in your registration:

2 nights in a budget hotel (no rooms with more than 3 people in them), most rooms with bath/shower/WC
2 dinners (Friday and Saturday), from the hotel
2 breakfasts (Saturday and Sunday), from the hotel
2 lunches (Saturday and Sunday), sandwiches on trail
all the beer, wine, cider, water and other non-alcoholic drinks at the venue and on trail
snacks available 24hrs
3 circles (Friday night, Saturday, Sunday)

As with most hash weekends, the fee covers everything important from arrival on Friday to departure on Sunday. Your transportation to the venue in Beatenberg, Switzerland is *not* included in the price.
