IMPORTANT: No dirty shoes allowed in the venue. Bring your slippers! There is also no smoking in the venue - it's made of wood so all smoking must be outdoors!
There are rooms with multiple-beds and space for tents. Registration is limited to 100 hashers. Rooms will be assigned / designated so state your roommate preference when registering. There are no double rooms left, so don't ask. All others will be in multiple-bed rooms (couples sharing with other couples - either 2 or 3 couples to a room). There will be a SNORING room too. FYI, there is one 12 bed room and one 10 bed room; all other rooms are 8 bed rooms or smaller.
If you are staying in the venue (not camping) you do not need to bring sheets or pillows or pillowcases.
Check out of the rooms at 10:45 on Sunday. Bags can be stored in the venue in a designated room. Showers will be available after the Hangover Hash and circle.
What do I need to bring?
Keep track of the weather for the weekend - remember, we'll be in the mountains and the weather can change at a moment's notice. There are often thunderstorms in the afternoon!
